3-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product should not have any stains, perfume, makeup marks, damage, or signs of use.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been worn, washed, used, or altered.
The product has perfume smell, makeup stains, sweat marks, or any other signs of use.
Tags or original packaging are missing.
The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (depending on the payment method and eligibility).
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Super Cloth, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
